Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms before placing an order with Taste of Really:
- All orders must be paid in full to secure your booking. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received. Prices may vary depending on cake size, design, and custom requests.
- All cakes are handmade and custom-designed. While we do our best to match reference images, slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur. Reference images are for inspiration only.
- Our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. Cakes may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies before placing an order.
- For structural support, our cakes may contain internal dowels or supports. These are not edible and must be fully removed before serving. Taste of Really is not responsible for any injury or damage caused if dowels are not removed.
- Once the cake is collected, Taste of Really is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage. Cakes must be refrigerated as advised and handled with care.
- Pickup times must be arranged in advance. Late pickups may affect cake quality and availability. Delivery is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- No cancellations or refunds are available within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date.
- Taste of Really reserves the right to photograph finished cakes and use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.
- By placing an order with Taste of Really, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and all policies listed on this website.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Within 24 hours of placing the order:
- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
After 24 hours of placing the order:
- A $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover preparation and administrative costs.
- The remaining balance will be refunded.
Custom & Special Orders
- Cakes are custom-made based on your requirements (design, flavour, size, decorations).
- Once cake preparation has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable, depending on the stage of the order.
Order Date Changes
- Changes to the pickup or delivery date are subject to availability.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
No-Show / Late Pick-Up
- If a cake is not collected at the agreed time and date, no refund will be provided, as the cake is freshly made and perishable.
